Irish Club of Luxembourg Ski Trip 2014
Booking is now open for the Irish Club of Luxembourg Ski Trip 2014. Once again, we will be returning to Morzine in the Portes du Soleil.
As always, the ski trip is open to everyone (all nationalities and all levels of skier/snowboarder), you don’t need to be Irish although we do recommend that you know how to have a good time both on and off piste! Please feel free to tell your friends and colleagues about the trip.
Dates - Wednesday 22 January to Sunday 26 January 2014. (Leaving Luxembourg at 13:00 on Wednesday, returning to Luxembourg circa 22:00 on Sunday night).
Destination – Morzine in the Portes du Soleil, it is a great location for all levels of skier and snowboarder. If you are a beginner or fancy taking things easy, the slopes around Morzine/Les Gets are ideal for you. For more advanced skiers/snowboarders you can explore over 650km of slopes across 12 ski resorts in France AND Switzerland with just one ski pass.
If you want to take things really easy, there’s a lot for non skiers/boarders to do including ice skating, snow shoe trekking, paragliding, horse drawn sleigh rides and numerous spa/beauty clinics.
Hotel - 3* Tremplin Hotel in the centre of Morzine, ski in and out, directly beside the main Pleney gondola. Great place to start your après ski with live music or a DJ every evening (don’t worry about getting a good night’s sleep – the après ski at the hotel finishes at 19:30)
What’s included? – The price includes:
• Transport by luxury coach
• 4 nights bed and breakfast
• 3 three-course gourmet evening meals including wine at Le Clin d’Oeil restaurant
Discounts - We have organised 30% discount on ski hire. We have organised a discount on lessons (private and group), mountain guiding (all levels catered for) and for the lift pass (the amount of the discount will depend on the final number of people).
Early Bird Price (up to 31 October 2013) – Member €505, non-member €525 (price per person sharing).
Standard Price (from 1 November 2013 onwards) - Member €555, non-member €575 (price per person sharing).
A deposit of €250 is required to secure booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable (if you find another person) until 13 December 2013.
